Ordering process

If ordering from our web store https://heroesbeacon.com/shop/ the process is easy. Add items to your cart, checkout, if in Saint John select “In-Store Pick Up” we will contact you to arrange delivery. Or use the delivery via Canada Post option.

For comics and other items not on the website contact us at orders@heroesbeacon.com We are using this e-mail to streamline orders and make sure nothing gets lost. Having to go between Facebook messages, our normal e-mail, and even our personal Facebook messenger is too chaotic. If you do not order using orders@heroesbeacon.com it may very well get missed.

Orders received and paid between Monday and Friday at noon will be delivered on Friday. Orders received and paid for between Friday and Monday at noon will be delivered on Monday.

We will be doing deliveries on Monday and Friday afternoons until we are able to open our storefront again. For areas outside of Saint John (Quispamsis, Rothesay, Sussex, St. Stephen, Grand Bay, etc…) we might ask you to wait until we have a few orders in those areas to ensure we are not creating more cost for ourselves than necessary. Delivery via Canada Post is also an option if you don’t want to wait for our next available delivery time.

We also want to express our love and gratitude for everyone who has and continues to support us. We are working hard to keep you stocked with all your hobby needs and look forward to seeing you back in the store in the future.

Chris Duffield

Chris is one of the owners of Heroes' Beacon and can be found in the shop most days. He has been playing various RPGs, board games, and reading comics for more than twenty years. His biggest fandom of choice is Star Wars. When not doing the above he is usually working on 3D printed props and Cosplay projects.
